Shipping policy

At AV8 Nutrition, we know reliable nutrition starts with reliable delivery. Our goal is to process and ship every order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada. Additional shipping destinations may be added in the future.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. AV8 Nutrition is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
